Central Coast Kyokushin Karate
Newsletter end of 2010

Congratulations to everybody for your commitment to training this year. Consistent attendance is the first step in learning all you can about Kyokushin Karate. So a big thank you to all the parents for getting your kids(and sometimes other peoples kids) to as many sessions as possible.

Grading on Saturday 27th November went well. Effort, application, enthusiasm, and sweat were on display and good results followed. Congratulations to those who graded and thank you to Greg, Tyson, and Harlee for supporting too.

Training next year will start with fitness sessions(shorts, t-shirt, and runners) for the adults at Baker Park netball courts, 5.30 to 6.30pm starting Tuesday the 11th of January, and then formal training in the scout hall for adults and children on Tuesday the 1st of February.

Well done to everybody who competed in tournaments this year, you did our Dojo proud and are  better for the experience. There will be more next year to train for, and are good opportunities to test yourselves.

Have a safe holiday period, and I'm looking forward to seeing you all next year.

Osu,

Sensei Graeme Rose.
